What We Collect

Correspondence. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.

Google Analytics. Only if you accept it on the cookie bar, we additionally use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and processes data such as your truncated IP address, device, browser, approximate location and the pages you view. It is not loaded at all until you accept, and nothing is sent to Google beforehand. Advertising features and Google Signals are switched off. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Data is retained for at most 14 months.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our letters, we store the email address you provide and the language of the page you subscribed from. We use Resend to manage the list and deliver the emails; the address is shared with that provider solely for this purpose and is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Cookies

A single entry in your browser's local storage records your choice on the cookie bar; it contains no personal data and is never shared. Beyond that, this site sets no cookies of its own.

If — and only if — you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish visits. You can decline at the outset, and you can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, which reopens the bar. Declining leaves the site fully usable.

Legal Basis

We process correspondence on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Google Analytics runs solely on the basis of your consent, given in advance through the cookie bar. You may withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future.

Newsletter delivery is based on your explicit consent. Subscriptions use double opt-in: after submitting the form you receive a confirmation email, and nothing is sent unless you confirm.

Sharing and Retention

We do not sell or rent personal data. Correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to address your inquiry.

Subscriber addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also unsubscribe at any time by writing to askin@atascap.com.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact askin@atascap.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
